When a Moment of Truth Becomes a Moment of Tragedy: Is Too Much Digital Transformation Destroying Customer Experience?
CEO World Magazine
August 02, 2026
Digital transformation has become the default strategy. Companies invest heavily in apps, AI chatbots, self-service portals, data platforms, and automated workflows, promising faster, more personalized, and more convenient customer experiences. On paper, customers demand seamless digital interactions, and technology can scale what human teams cannot.

In practice, aggressive digitization often degrades the experience rather than elevating it.
Customers end up with more channels but feel less heard, more trapped in automated loops, and increasingly alienated. The damage shows up as wasted time, unresolved problems, rising frustration, eroded trust, and, for many older adults, outright exclusion from services they once used with relative ease.

Who Watches the Watchers? It’s Time to Rethink Board Accountability
CEO World Magazine
July 11, 2026
Boards of directors occupy one of the most powerful positions in modern business. They appoint and evaluate CEOs, approve major strategic decisions, oversee risk, protect shareholder interests, and serve as the ultimate guardians of corporate integrity. Yet a fundamental question remains: who holds boards accountable when they fail?

Cultural Assertive Agility: Are You Truly Leading or Just Exporting Your Own Style?
CEO World Magazine
June 28, 2026
How Assertive Leadership is demonstrated.

In New York, decisive, conviction-driven leadership signals strength. In Tokyo, the same directness can unintentionally erode trust. The behavior hasn’t changed. The cultural lens has.

The question facing every global executive is no longer whether to be assertive, but how to express it so it lands with impact.

The answer is Cultural Assertive Agility – the ability to lead with strong, clear conviction while adjusting how you say things to fit different cultures. It is not about being less assertive. It is about being smart and effective.

Gen Z Is Reshaping the Workplace. Leadership Must Evolve.
CEO WORLD Magazine
June 06, 2026
Why Assertive Leadership Will Define the Next Decade of Organizational Performance

The current operating environment is becoming more complex, more volatile, and more talent-constrained. Artificial intelligence, digital transformation, economic uncertainty, and shifting workforce expectations are converging to reshape how enterprises compete and grow.

At the center of this shift is the growing presence of Generation Z in the workforce and the increasing need for assertive leadership as a core organizational capability.

For CEOs and CHROs, the question is no longer whether leadership must evolve but how quickly it can evolve to remain competitive.

What If Your Biggest Constraint Isn’t Resources but the absence of Assertive Leadership and Bricolage Thinking?
CEO World Magazine
May 02, 2026
When resources are scarce, leadership becomes the decisive asset.

During competitive disruption or organizational strain, executive conversations often converge around the same diagnosis: the company needs more. More capital. More talent. More technology. More time.

Growth has long been associated with accumulation. Yet many organizations discover that additional resources, while helpful, do not automatically produce better execution, sharper decisions, or stronger cultures. In some cases, abundance merely amplifies inefficiency.

By contrast, some of the most adaptive organizations operate from a different perspective: before seeking more, they extract greater value from what already exists.

This is the logic of bricolage – the capability to create solutions, seize opportunities, and generate momentum by recombining available resources in novel and useful ways.

Assertive Leadership: Is R.C.C.E. the Clarity Framework You’ve Been Missing?
CEO WORLD Magazine
April 10, 2026
Leaders frequently face a familiar dilemma: remain approachable and collaborative, or drive hard for results. Assertive leadership offers a powerful alternative, proving that clarity and decisiveness do not require aggression or compromise on empathy. At its core, it is about communicating with confidence and respect-delivering straight talk, maintaining consistency, and building trust while delivering strong performance.

The Secrets CEOs Keep from Everyone-Except Their Coach
CEO WORLD MAGAZINE
February 22, 2026
rom the outside, the CEO role looks powerful and decisive. Big stages. Clear statements. Strong direction.

Behind closed doors, the conversations are very different.

When CEOs speak privately with their coach, they rarely begin with strategy slides or quarterly numbers. They talk about pressure. About doubt. About decisions that feel heavier than they expected. Across countries and industries, the themes are strikingly similar.

From my experience coaching C-Suite leaders for the past 28 years I have noticed some common pain points and I am sharing a few examples of how they show up.

What Happens When Mentoring Meets Sponsorship?
CEO World Magazine
December 21, 2025
Organizations often invest heavily in mentorship programs. Yet mentorship alone, while valuable, is not enough to move employees into leadership roles. To create a pipeline of capable, diverse, and visible leaders, organizations must also foster sponsorship. While mentorship provides guidance and advice, sponsorship advocates for employees in ways that directly impact their career trajectory. Understanding the difference-and leveraging both effectively-can transform not only individual careers but also organizational leadership pipelines.

Rewiring Leadership: How Neurodiversity is Transforming Executive Coaching

In recent years, the concept of neurodiversity has gained traction across various sectors, from education to business. Recognizing the unique ways in which individuals’ brains process information, neurodiversity embraces conditions such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and more, not as deficits but as variations in cognitive function. This shift in perspective is reshaping executive coaching, fostering inclusivity, and unlocking untapped potential in leaders and teams alike.
