There is no doubt that the developing world, access to a hashtag#patient's hashtag#medicalrecords symbolizes between life and death. To treat people with hashtag#illnesses, hashtag#physicians need to see lab results; they need to know the kind of drugs the patient has already taken and whether such hashtag#drugs worked. In many low-income countries, however, medical records are difficult to come by. If hashtag#papercharts exist, they are usually hashtag#illegible, hashtag#incomplete or hashtag#inaccessible.
