Travis says that the beauty about the principles is they’re broad enough to apply to products at any stage of market maturity. The principles provide a roadmap for creating a flywheel unlocks the cycle from feedback to adoption. Travis says that teams are applying the principles in unexpected ways and have catalyzed a cultural shift to adoption as the primary success metric.
