I've worked with executives and teams across a diverse collection of industries from finance, legal and tech, through to media, engineering, property and retail. I take great joy from my performance coaching work, supporting C-Level Executives and high-potentials to embed high-performance cultures within their teams and their organisations. Since the foundation of In Cool Company (ICC), we are able to provide the same high-quality coaching at scale - supporting Executives, high-potential individuals and those with specific short-term challenges to overcome.
