With over 20 years of experience working in both the public and private sectors, she has applied her skills across diverse industries including Business intelligence, Utilities, Higher Education, Transportation, and Healthcare.

After graduating with a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the UofVictoria, Priyanka became a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) and Certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner. Priyanka is a trained Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and Agile, Cyber security analysis and ITIL certified. She has also received formal education in Strategy Excellence from UBC.

Priyanka was a Board Director at the International Institute of Business Analysis. She is an advisor at Project Management and Business Analysis conferences. She is also the co-lead of a multicultural group at TransLink that she grew from the ground up to over 100 members and counting in less than one year. This group continues to support multiculturalism in transit under her leadership. She has led multiple transformational and management consulting projects that improve life experiences for our communities.

Priyanka designed the curriculum and authored the Agile Business Analysis course for the UofManitoba and Simon Fraser University. She has coached over 500 students worldwide and is a renowned international speaker on topics such as executive presence and leadership. Her thesis and papers on the motivators of human behaviour and trust with AI systems, received numerous citations and credits worldwide. She is an expert in innovation of frameworks that improve decision making and support structured, holistic, analytical thinking.
