Hello! I'm Daniel Schallmo, a Digit-Angelist, economist, and advocate for all things digital. I currently hold the position of Full Professor of Digital Transformation and Entrepreneurship at Neu-Ulm University of Applied Sciences. Additionally, I serve as the Director of the Institute for Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Sustainability, and am a member of the Institute for Digital Transformation.
My academic pursuits focus on the intersection of digitization and sustainability, covering areas like measuring digital maturity, formulating digital strategies, and navigating the digital transformation of business models. Notable aspects of my research include leadership paradigms in the digital age, exploration of cutting-edge technologies, and strategic organizational design.
Beyond academia, I've authored and edited >20 books and over 100 articles, and I've had the privilege of delivering more than 200 speeches to diverse audiences exceeding 10,000 participants. Actively engaged in various research societies, I also contribute as a diligent reviewer.
