Hello there!

I am Vassia Sarantopoulou and I am the Head Psychologist, CEO & Founder of AntiLoneliness, a company offering mental health services in The Netherlands and also worldwide.

I am also a Trainer, a Perfectionism Expert, a Relationship Counselor and a Mental Health Ambassador, promoting Inner Peace, Mental Strength and Healthy Relationships with others and with our Self.

I am an advocate of a life without mental health stigma, a life with an abundance of kindness and compassion and with an undying openness to self-awareness and self-growth, and that’s what I promote through my services and online courses, and also through my collaboration with universities, companies and organizations.

Through my trainings in Schema Therapy, Grief Counseling, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, CBT, I have learned how to connect genuinely to another person's struggle and vulnerability and to support them in processing their past wounds and finding their own strength and self-trust.

I support people through hard times in life: divorce, relationship conflicts, grief, loneliness, anxiety, depression. Brave people who have only temporarily lost their courage and they are looking for inner peace balance and healthy relationships.

MY TRANSFORMATIONAL SERVICE:
Since the beginning of 2022, I offer online courses through AntiLoneliness Academy, a platform with transformational courses on Perfectionism, Fear of Failure, Relationships, Boundaries, Procrastination, Anger Management, Burnout, to name a few.
