• Established a program management office for multiple clients in KSA that closed inefficiency gaps by standardizing processes and approaches for evaluating, prioritizing, and aligning existing capabilities with new objectives.
• Managing multiple large complex projects, leading cross-functional technical project teams and multi-million Riyals budgets in government entities like as the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing, Ministry of Education Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Saudi Central Bank, the Royal Court - Royal Protocol, RC Jubail, Saudi Post Logistics, Najran University, and Najran Municipality.
• Responsible for developing RFPs, evaluating vendors’ solutions, and leading pre-sales activities.
• Participated in the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture (MEWA) team's achievements to get the National Overall Reference Architecture (NORA) accreditation and the 5th rank among ministries in Qiyas 2022.
