Professionally affiliated with leading global consulting firms as a digital transformation expert (currently PWC, formerly Deloitte Digital). She leads the Singularity University Chapter in Krakow and the Transformation Team at PMI Poland Chapter. Actively co-developing methodologies and tools in the field of transformation and program management, such as ProBusinessDesign, she also conducts dedicated training for companies like IBM and Arrow. A trainer and expert at the ICAN Institute in the area of Digital Transformation, she is also an ambassador for the Design Thinking methodology - DTMethod.
As an author and lecturer, she created the first postgraduate Digital Transformation Manager program in Poland. A lecturer in postgraduate studies in IT Project Management, she is currently working on a doctorate related to organizational transformation maturity. A graduate of the MBA Digital Transformation program at ALK.
