I am a Solicitor Advocate, and I specialise in helping individuals and companies who are being investigated or prosecuted by the State. I am the person who you call when the police or other regulatory investigator takes an interest in you or your company. Whether that interest is warranted or not, I act quickly to protect my client’s reputation, livelihood, and liberty.

I believe that the Criminal Justice System is, in many ways, broken. The system has been underfunded for many years. The whole system seems designed to convict those accused of criminal or regulatory offences as quickly and cheaply as possible. The State has a considerable advantage in terms of resources and time. What I do for my clients is to balance the scales. I have spent years mastering my craft on both a strategic and tactical level. I have personally defended in more than 700 trials, and litigated many hundreds more. I pride myself on selecting and managing the best team for a case. Often in the most serious and complex of cases, this includes a group of solicitors and barristers, as well as a top criminal QC.

I currently focus on representing professionals, prominent figures, and businesses. I offer my clients a bespoke service and treat them and their cases with the utmost care. All such clients have access to me 24/7.

I focus mainly on private clients, however, I do accept instructions in some cases funded by legal aid. These are case-by-case, depending on the nature, complexity, and location. Cases of particular interest to me include Murder, Fraud, Cyber Crime, and large-scale conspiracies involving Organised Crime Groups.
