Hersh has been delivering talks in Enterprise Risk Management since the age of 21 and educated over 10000+ individuals from varied backgrounds. He is the youngest enterprise risk expert. He carries over 15 years of experience in enterprise risk management, assurance and corporate finance. Previously associated with KPMG Risk Consulting, he worked on many enterprise risk consulting assignments across South Africa, USA, UK, China and the Middle East.
He was also one of the 450 people to be selected in 2014 for a social entrepreneurship train journey across India which helped in deciphering rural and semi-urban India. Previously, he set up and managed a microfinance NBFC within a large FS group - scaled up the portfolio to over USD 15 mn leading a team of 250 people across India.
