Background & Experience
Bryan partners with executives, emerging leaders, and their teams as a certified coach. His “Why” is to see the strengths and greatness in others so that they will see it for themselves and unleash their full potential.
He holds his PCC certification through the
International Coaching Federation and holds several other certifications in areas such as Intelligent Leadership, 5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, DISC, Motivators, and Stakeholder 360 Coaching among others.
His passion for coaching allows him to build a relationship where the foundation is trust, assisting leaders and their teams in developing coaching plans through a process that leads to results both Quantitatively and Qualitatively while measuring the ROI in these coaching engagements to show the impact.
Bryan began his career as a leader in the financial services industry where he was responsible for teams as large as 300 with 15 direct reports so he has been in the leader’s position which assists in building a trusting environment to share ideas and ways forward.
Bryan has served as internal executive coach for Fortune 100 organizations such as Wells Fargo and Merrill Lynch working with executives and leaders at all stages in their careers to achieve business results. In addition, he devotes his spare time to serve the Non-Profit community as a Pro-Bono executive coach to organizations in the LA and Orange County area along with the WILD network.
Bryan also is an active Board Member of Parentis Foundation as well as the Orange County chapter of the International Coaching Federation to assist in achieving the goals of these organizations while expanding the capacity and impact of coaching.
Education
Bryan holds a BS in Economics from Cal State Long Beach and completing his thesis for his Masters in Econometrics from Cal State Fullerton.
Outside Interests
On a personal note, Bryan is an avid surfer, beach volleyball player, and overall sports enthusiast. He enjoys traveling, physical fitness, and spending time with his wife Sylvia and their two boys Katin (28) and Kylan (22)
