
Jon Arnold is Principal of J Arnold & Associates, an independent analyst practice providing thought leadership and go-to-market counsel, with a focus on the business-level impact of digital transformation on the future of work. Clients engage with Jon for thought leadership to educate their customers on the business value of communications technologies in areas such as hybrid work, future of work, digital transformation and customer experience.
Core areas of technology expertise include unified communications, collaboration, cloud platforms (UCaaS, CCaaS and CPaaS) speech technologies, Artificial Intelligence, conversational AI, agentic AI, 5G, Internet of Things, digital transformation, contact centers and customer experience.
Additionally, Jon has 30+ years of experience as a market research practitioner, and aside from developing custom projects for clients, he often advises clients on research methodologies, survey design, data analysis and report writing.
He has been consulting in many of these areas since 2001, and his independent practice was founded in 2005. JAA is based in Toronto, Ontario, and serves clients across North America as well as in Europe.

Additionally, Jon is a UC Expert with BCStrategies, is a long-serving Council Member with the Gerson Lehrman Group, and is regularly invited to judge industry awards events.
