Geeks Geezers and Googlization Show, a popular weekly HR and business livestream and podcast, has a new co-host. Ira S. Wolfe, the founder, host, and producer of the show, welcomed “celebrity futurist” and employee experience expert Joyce Gioia to the show in mid-November. This followed the launch of the show’s new segment, Ahead of the Curve in Normal 2.0, that featured Gioia.
“This partnership was a no-brainer,” Wolfe announced.”After Joyce started sharing highlights of her popular newsletter Herman Trend Alert on the air, it became clear I needed to get her more involved. Wolfe shared that he’s known Joyce for 20 years. In fact, he still has the recording of their first interview in August 2001.”We’ve always had great synergy. I have no idea why it took us this long to work together.”
Wolfe and Gioia are both long-time global thought leaders in leadership, HR, and the future of work with impressive resumes. Their combined business foresight and hindsight makes them a powerhouse duo. The show recently attracted the likes of Torin Ellis, Craig Fisher, John Gregory Vincent, Deborah Fortin, Mike Sarraille, and George Randle. It’s a very popular ‘watering-hole” for HR leaders and business authors. December guests include Mark Babbitt, CEO of WorkIQ, Alan Bealiiau, ITR Economics principal, and Dennis Hill, President of Exacta and Founder of Sagacity.
Wolfe is currently President of Poised for the Future Company (Success Performance Solutions) and recognized as one of the top 10 global influencers in leadership, future of work, and HR by Thinkers 360. He is author of 6 books, including his most recent bestseller Recruiting in the Age of Googlization, a TEDx speaker, and frequent podcast and media guest.

We live in an age of uncertainty and ambiguity. We hope we can offer the hope and build the courage and confidence people need to not just cope with uncertainty and complexity, but challenge the status quo and thrive. As a Futurist, I will provide insightful forecasts to help people anticipate what’s coming so that they may prepare themselves for success. I am thrilled to be partnering with Ira to help our clients and listeners enjoy better todays and productive, prosperous tomorrows.
