I have been working in tech start-ups for over 15+ years and as a leader and hiring manager for the past 10+ yrs I have had to source, qualify, offer, and attract top talent and ensure an exceptional talent experience. I also have experience working at one of the world's top recruitment service companies Indeed and Glassdoor and helped scale their operations as the Head of Scaled Operations. Prior to that I was part of Global sourcing and delivery teams at Microsoft where i spent 10+ yrs hiring and selecting sites and talent across the globe to match the right business needs.
I have experience presenting at industry events, been part of the hiring panel for leaders & IC's and helped hire for all open roles (Eng, product, ops, customer experience and backend support) during my stint at Atlassian when we built the team from the ground up, going from ~400 employees to over 2000 between 2014 & 2017 and helping prep for their IPO.
