I work closely with fund managers and company executives to understand their immediate and long-term goals for all stakeholders and gain a deep understanding of their historic and existing market position/performance, target customer and market, execution teams (personnel), existing and forecasted financial resources, sales and marketing channels, strategic channel/production relationships (past and present), and several other industry specific components. Once I have a firm understanding of all relevant components that impact the operation's performance and reaching future top and bottom-line goals, I then work with all relevant stakeholders on developing both a high-level strategic timeline for key executives and a detailed execution plan for accelerating the path to reaching all measurable operating performance and expansion goals to maximize profitability and improve liquidity.
