Mahan brings more than three decades of operating, strategy, and advisory experience. During his career at Dale Carnegie, he led operations and strategy across more than 90 countries, including serving as Chief Strategy Officer. His experience included turning around underperforming operations, accelerating international growth, and leading organizational transformation across diverse markets and cultures.
Today, Mahan advises CEOs and senior teams, facilitates board and strategy conversations, and speaks to executive audiences on the consequential questions organizations need to wrestle with as technology, competitive dynamics, and the assumptions underlying how organizations work continue to change.
He is also the host of the award-winning Partnering Leadership Podcast, featuring 450+ conversations with CEOs, founders, researchers, futurists, and leading thinkers on strategy, organizations, leadership, technology, and AI. Those conversations continually broaden the perspectives he brings into his work with senior leaders.
