Luminspino provides innovation management and scaling advisory support for a significant number of Romanian and EU-based SMEs developing radical climate innovations, technical assistance through programme and project evaluations for DG Regio pilot innovation schemes in Romania, as well as advisory work for regional development agencies and line ministries in drawing up guidelines for proposals within the topics of research, innovation, technology transfer, innovative startups and SMEs. Luminspino facilitated the 6-months process for the design of the first Smart City and Digital Transformation Strategy of Timisoara.
