Dr. Don Thomas

Riviera Beach, FL, United States

I'm Donald (Don) Thomas, but I am known by my friends as “Dr. Don”. I am a product of both a military upbringing and a journey that took me through various corners of the United States. While I was born in Fort Lee, VA, my family's nomadic lifestyle led me to call Texas my home for much of my formative years.

My academic journey has been diverse, reflecting my insatiable appetite for knowledge and my commitment to both technical excellence and holistic education. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering Technology, a Master of Arts in Christian Education with a concentration in childhood education, and a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership. This blend of technical and leadership education has provided me with a unique perspective on how to navigate complex challenges in the modern world.

My professional path has spanned over 35 years and has been marked by my unwavering dedication to the fields of technology, automation, and strategic leadership. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of managing the design and implementation of cutting-edge projects in the realms of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Machine Intelligence (MI), and Artificial Intelligence (AI). My roles have often been consultative in nature, allowing me to apply my expertise across various industries and organizations, although I won't delve into specific client names.

In essence, I'm passionate about the intersection of technology and strategic leadership. My academic pursuits and extensive professional experience have nurtured a mindset that thrives on solving intricate problems, improving processes, fostering innovation and focus on the human experience. My journey is a testament to the belief that continuous learning and adaptability are the cornerstones of success in today's ever-evolving world.

Thank you for taking the time to get to know me a bit better. I look forward to sharing more insights and experiences with you as we explore the fascinating realms of technology and strategic leadership together.
