Chaïma Ben Miloud (M.Eng.) holds a degree in process engineering and a master's degree in technological project management from Ecole Polytechnique of Montreal as well as several ACI-ICAO certificates. She also holds a diploma in governance of organization.
Chaïma worked as an engineer for a renamed worldwide compagnies such as SNC-Lavalin, Bombardier Aero. and Pratt and Whitney Canada where she supported implementation of several projects and launching operations over the world. She has over 10 years of experience in managing international projects specialized in the aviation field. She built a solid expertise in compliance and safety management which allow her in her position of Head of Operations for Airside Safety Operations International (ASOI Inc.) to lead successful PPP projects as well as innovative operations and systems implementation for airsides, mainly in the middle east region.
She is invited as panelist in several international conferences related to innovation, aviation and management such with IBAS (Brazil), GAS (Riyadh), IWAF (ICAO) and ICAO Innovation Fair.
She is also ambassador for diversity in governance as well as a motivational speaker and mentor to promote aviation engineering studies and social inclusion. Eng. Chaïma has won numerous awards for leading innovative projects and serving on several boards of directors including Quebec Chapter of Women in Aerospace and the Foundation of the Professional Order of Engineers in Quebec.
