Earlier at, Tech Mahindra, a USD 6.5 billion IT conglomerate, he established global leader status for the company in Blockchain, Web 3.0, Metaverse, Cybersecurity & Cognitive Tech areas. He was also instrumental in making Mahindra Group companies like Mahindra Life Spaces and Mahindra Auto redefine customer experience and business models, using Spatial Reality & Immersive Tech.

He helps global CXOs in internalizing these technologies and making them relevant to address unsolved, under addressed and under serviced business needs. He is featured regularly by various industry analysts as a thought leader who has the unique ability of simplifying complex technologies, making them relevant now.

He was instrumental in establishing Blockchain & Metaverse practices at Tech M that made Blockchain real and valuable for several global customers. Under his leadership, Tech M with over 100 Blockchain professionals, has been recognized as one of the Global Blockchain leaders by several leading analysts, industry bodies like World Economic Forum & Governments like State Government of Telangana.

Rajesh is responsible for making Blockchain relevant and valuable for common man in India by spearheading implementation of solutions to block spam calls and text in partnership with 3 leading Telcos and also Telecom Regulatory Authority of India.

Rajesh is an alumnus of Columbia Business School & Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning with a Gold Medal in MBA Finance. Driven by his life motto “Help Ever, Hurt Never”, Rajesh has mentored several Entrepreneurs, Corporate Executives and MBA Students.

He is an avid cyclist, holds the title of Randonneur from Paris for cycling 208+ kms in under 10 hours. He substituted cycling with Surya Namaskars and Sudarshan Kriya for physical fitness and holistic wellness.
