Dr. Aggarwal holds a PhD in Microelectronics with post-doctoral specialization in Semiconductor Device Modeling from the University of Delhi, and served 22 years as Associate Professor at a constituent college of the University of Delhi. She has moderated a professional community of 5,000+ semiconductor device modelling scientists since 2008.
