Olga Valadon is a strategist, executive education facilitator, speaker, and corporate advisor known as "the voice of emotion in business."
Her strategic methodology is built on 30 years of experience managing multicultural teams, leading large-scale global projects, and working directly with senior executives up to board level across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Americas. Her corporate background includes two decades in global financial services, followed by eight years at Deloitte, most of that time as Chief of Staff.
Recognized in 2026 as a UK Top 50 Female Leader by Santander, her governance experience includes serving on the boards of the University of Cambridge Primary School and BelEve (two charitable organizations in the UK) and the advisory board of Equal Employer®, a UK tech start-up.
Driven by this extensive corporate track record, Olga's core philosophy is that strategy executes at the speed of emotion. This is why she founded Change Aligned®, to bridge the gap between strategy design and delivery. She developed the proprietary Change Aligned® SPEED Framework™ (Scan, Prime, Embed, Energize, Drive), a structured methodology designed to help leaders remove emotional bottlenecks, build emotional fluency and safety into everyday interactions, and design the infrastructure that keeps teams aligned and improves strategy execution.
An active thought leader, Olga's insights on leadership development, business emotional intelligence, and workplace culture are featured in global publications, including Harvard Business Review, Forbes, and Fast Company.
She translates her real-world insights into academic and corporate development, having taught at postgraduate programs at a UK private university and serving as an executive facilitator for Deloitte University.
Originally from Greece, Olga holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Philosophy, and Education, as well as a Master’s degree in Management. Demonstrating a strong commitment to continuous professional development, she is currently completing an executive leadership program at Stanford University. She is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited coach, a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership, and a certified Business Emotional Intelligence partner. She speaks English, French, and Greek.
