WFH to RTO: Let’s consider the Behavioural Aspects and Bottom-Line Impacts!
XVenture
February 23, 2026
Since mid 2023, there’s been a steady increase in the amount of press and media coverage regarding the movement back to a five-day office work culture. Pre-COVID, most of us worked at our employer's or client's site. In April 2022, 46% of people were working at least one day a week from home. Recent stats from the NSW Government estimate that this pattern is still significant at the time of writing this article with at least 38% of workers are still working remotely at least some of the time.

BPI - A NEW MEASURE FOR ELITE ATHLETE TEAM SELECTION
XVenture
February 23, 2026
Recruiting new team members is critical in a mission to achieve the highest levels of performance. Whether you’re starting from scratch or adding to an existing team or in some cases having to redesign a current team, it’s the sweet spot. Yet, despite organisation leaders acknowledging this, and many technical directors of sports team’s claiming they have their recruitment processes “nailed”, choosing new team members is still left wanting. Until now! Over recent months, work has been undertaken in one sports code which may set the tone for helping choose athletes for the “draft.” A big-ticket item in many codes around the World.

Busy is Broken - High Performers achieve more by working less and thinking more
XVenture
February 03, 2026
For decades, we’ve been sold a seductive myth: the more hours you work, the more valuable you are. Most people and most organisations see the ideal:

Less busyness
Better focus
More meaningful outcomes

But they don’t know how to get there. They’re trapped in what I call the “busyness nexus.”
The result was theMindZen(xv) program. An 8-hour online experience delivered in a virtual world, supported by robust measurement tools. The outcomes surprised even us:

Measurable reduction in “busy work”
Continued achievement of performance goals
An average saving of four hours per week per participant four hours, every week.

Now imagine what a leadership team, a medical unit, a sports team or any organisation can do with that time, without sacrificing results.

A team of individuals with an integrated mindset will become the new world beaters, not because they work harder, but because they think smarter.

They’ll have:

Time
Energy
Cognitive flexibility

Those who ignore this shift shouldn’t be surprised if their competitive performance drops — fast.
