In my role working closely with Senior and Executive Leadership (CxOs, MDs, Heads of Departments), I have actively driven value-proposition conversations and maintained continuous communication on the performance of the initiatives I led. As the Service Line Delivery Practice Lead, I took ownership of the entire Delivery Organization's governance, ensuring delivery excellence and driving efficiencies across all service line accounts. I successfully implemented key global delivery initiatives (Quality Connects, Automation, Application Maintenance Maturity, etc.), resulting in improved delivery and cost efficiencies.

My expertise extends to leading high-performance teams in delivering digital transformation initiatives (Cloud, IoT, Data Analytics, etc.) for diverse customer organizations in sectors such as financial services, manufacturing, automotive, and consumer products.
