While the entire industry is laser-focused on product transformation right now, as we embrace the move from the internal combustion engine to battery electric vehicles (BEVs), we risk neglecting the cultural transformation necessary to make the shift. Many of us are still in the watch-and-wait mindset, hoping (or assuming) improvement will be incremental instead of considering radical changes to the ways we lead and operate as teams. We need to ask ourselves what innovation culture looks and feels like in each of our organizations.
