Connection, communication and curiosity sit at the heart of everything I do. I’m endlessly fascinated by how technology is changing the way we work, connect and make sense of the world, and what that means for the humans inside it all.
My background is in IT, change management, communications strategy and once I was also a coach, but my real craft lies in turning complex transformation into stories people can actually feel. Whether it’s an AI shift, a cultural reset or a full-scale rethink of how we collaborate, I believe clarity and empathy aren’t “nice to have”, they’re what make progress possible.
I consult, write and speak about the intersection of technology, communication and humanity, exploring how AI, immersive tech and ethics are reshaping not just what we do, but who we are when we do it. My focus is on helping leaders, teams and readers see technology not as a threat, but as a mirror reflecting our choices, biases and potential back at us.
