The Mentoring activity is also very personal in nature and confidentiality plays a big role in getting set goals achieved. Mentorship is a collegiate of two character types which includes a Mentor Character and a Mentee character. Mentee is looking for a support, advice or kind of psychological dilution of a certain matrix of confusion, selective dilemma to take a future course of action.
