Gary is part of the Supply Chain and Operations team with EY, who specialises in procurement transformation and consulting. He has 14 years of experience across both public and private sector procurement. He holds an MBS in Strategic Procurement from DCU and is a 3 time National Procurement Award winner.
Having worked as Procurement Manager for Iarnród Éireann for 8 years, Gary has successfully managed a number of high profile tender processes on behalf of the state, most notably in 2021 with the procurement of a new fleet of DART vehicles in conjunction with the National Transport Authority.
Gary moved to EY in June 2022 and now advises clients on complex procurement processes, and procurement transformation projects.
