What I Learned From 3 Young Entrepreneurs

One of the most memorable moments, though, was external to the event, as my family was leaving dinner one night. Walking with our kids I overheard what appeared to be three siblings sharing how they were going to use the crafts they made. The youngest, who was around 6, exclaimed, “Hey let’s sell them! There are plenty of people here!” The oldest, about 10 years old, rebutted, “No one is going to buy these from us,” as the other one agreed with the oldest, saying, “Yeah she’s right.” I could not help feeling both concern and pride in the young boy for suggesting this.
