I am a business driven and people centric HR Professional.
The early career at the premier B-Schools ( IIM Ahmedabad and JBIMS, Mumbai) has provided a robust conceptual base in management in general and HR in particular.
26+ years of the career in some of the most progressive corporates of the country, have built perspectives on application of HR tools to catalyze growth of business and people. And the learning has been rich - both as a member/leader of the internal HR teams or as an anchor/partner from the client side, working with globally acclaimed consultants.
The last 5+ years as a consultant and coach have afforded opportunity to work closely with the management team of organizations. In this role, I ensure that the HR factor is fully leveraged as we strategize for business, in addition to finetuning the HR processes and mentoring the internal HR teams.
My consulting firm-Performance Enablers, is a team of HR and management professionals. As a team, we cover entire gamut of HR function, with focus on leadership development, OD, and mentoring clients' HR teams to build internal capability.
We firmly believe that people in the leadership / managerial roles can make or mar an organization. Therefore, designing and delivering leadership interventions, Executive Coaching and CHRO services have remained the primary focus of our work.
It's our conviction that a sustainable improvement in a client organization can be brought about only over a period of time. One workshop at best can create awareness of the opportunity that exits. We therefore, mostly work as an specialist arm of the HR Function, to bring about required improvements in the organization and also internal capability to sustain the same.
It's part of our mission to do our bit to develop thought leadership in HR. Accordingly, the yearly signature conference, panel discussions, tweet chats and ongoing knowledge sharing in HR forums, have been a part of our activities.
As the next step to enhance practice of leadership, we have recently launched ' The Leadership Series - They Stood Out '. It's a series of hour long conversations with the leaders who have made their mark in their chosen pursuits. The objective is to bring out what went into the making of the person and the leader. It's conducted once in a month and is open to everyone to join. The first guest of this series was Prof. #PradipKhandwalla, former Director, #IIMAhmedabad and a globally acclaimed expert on management excellence.
