• More than 20 years of experience, 15 of them leading PMOs, projects, programs and portfolios.
• Worked in more than 40 countries in Europe, Africa, Asia, North and South America.
• Worked for multinational companies like Ericsson and Telefonica.
• Built up and lead Telefonica PMOs (Project Management Offices) in the Digital area.
• Led more than 100 projects in all phases, from RFI/RFP till launch, in the Telco, IT and Digital product development areas with Budgets up to 10M€, with Project teams up to 230 persons.
• Worked as an Expat more than 2.5 years in english speaking countries.

• MBA at IE Business School and MEng Industrial Engineering.
• Holder of the APM PMO practitioner, SIP (Strategy Implementation Professional), PMP, PMI-RMP, PMI-ACP and HCMBOK (Human Change Management) credentials.
• Native spanish speaker. English and Portuguese as working language.

By the turn of the millennium, theaverage strategy lasted five to six years.Today, the average strategy life cycle is only three years. Considering it can take 18 monthsbefore a large organization starts to implement its strategy successfully, what does this mean?Just as the organization is implementing its current strategy, leaders need to be identifying thenext strategy.
