My work sits at the intersection of organisational transformation, AI-enabled change, value realisation, operating model design and human-centric adoption. I advise organisations on how to build the conditions for transformation to succeed — not only through programmes and projects, but through the identity, governance, capabilities and value flows that make change sustainable.
I am the Founder of I:DNA and the creator of ChangeOps, focused on aligning strategic intent, transformation execution and continuous value realisation. Through I:DNA, I explore how organisations connect their external identity with their internal DNA: purpose, culture, capabilities, operating model, decision rights and leadership.
Across my career, I have led and scaled transformation and people-performance capabilities across complex international environments. My experience spans strategic advisory, practice building, executive stakeholder engagement, PMO/TMO/CMO design, AI and digital transformation, value-led adoption and global change governance.
I have worked across technology, financial services, manufacturing, public sector, defence, healthcare and professional services. I bring both strategic and practical experience: shaping transformation agendas, building change capability, designing operating models, supporting large-scale technology adoption and moving organisations from implementation to realised value.
My current focus is transformation in the AI era. I believe AI maturity cannot outpace organisational maturity. Sustainable AI adoption requires more than tools, pilots or productivity promises. It requires leadership alignment, governance, value architecture, human accountability, workforce readiness, operating model redesign and measurable outcomes.
My thought leadership covers AI maturity, human-centric AI transformation, ChangeOps, continuous transformation, value realisation, strategic CMO/PMO/TMO/VRO models, organisational change capability, future workforce design, governance, trust and accountability.
I am also an author and contributor to organisational change and transformation literature, combining executive advisory experience, academic research, board-level governance and hands-on delivery.
