The main missional goal of the Global Intelligence Group is to repair the misalignment which exists emotionally and psychologically through cultural and emotional intelligence in the world of minority owned businesses and organizations that feel a sense of marginalization, disenfranchisement, alienation, and racial/physical injustices within the corporate business world at large.
Our intentional aim is to create the highest psychological safety for minority groups at large both in culture and society inside the corporate business world. We will achieve this through creative restorative justice through spiritual intelligence that fosters and builds socio-economic circular economic communities of justice for minorities and all people groups of color that establishes corporate equitability throughout businesses and organizations that changes the mindset of business intelligence through creative change on a global scale for all.
