Guest Speaker: Julien Haye
Julien Haye is a risk and resilience expert, author and former Chief Risk Officer with more than 26 years of experience across financial services and organisational leadership.
He is the founder of Aevitium, where he advises boards and senior leaders on risk, governance, resilience and organisational effectiveness. His work explores how leadership behaviours, organisational culture and governance shape the way people make decisions, raise difficult issues and respond to uncertainty.
Julien is the author of The Risk Within: Cultivating Psychological Safety for Strategic Decision-Making and Resilient Risk Management: How Risk Leadership Enables Agility. Drawing on experience from the trading floor to the executive committee and boardroom, he advocates for risk management that strengthens decision-making and enables organisations and their people to perform effectively in an increasingly complex environment.

To encourage open discussion, our Foundation events are held under the Chatham House rule.
