· Managed various engagements - Fixed Price and T&M. Managed and led projects through entire SDLC using Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid Development Methodologies.
· Experienced in providing Consulting on all aspects of Project Management. Experienced in conducting in-depth Portfolio and Project Review and Health Check Analysis with the following Agile and Project Management certifications
o PMI Agile Certified Professional (PMI-ACP)
o Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
o Certified Disciplined Agilist (CDA)
o PMI Certified Project Management Professional ( PMP )
o PMI Certified Risk Management Professional ( RMP )
