I’m a pragmatic team & solution builder, enthusiastically & creatively solving business & operational issues. My team-first approach makes me comfortable in matrix environments, bringing together individuals from my clients & firm. I am outgoing & comfortable making that first call. I believe that it is best to come with a point of view as this will spark an open dialogue, unlocking value from all involved. It is better to fail-fast & regroup, than be timid & not make progress. By articulating how each team member supports the achievement of success, I generate loyalty through a shared sense of ownership.

I bring a diverse background from small, mid-size & large organizations covering telecom, A&D, Financial Services & the US Federal Government. I have lived in the US, UK, Panama, Spain & Macau. I hold US Government Secret security clearance.
