Using imagination, creativity, and ingenuity to create purposeful advantages

... many of our clients belief that we at Pega sometimes are talking about flying to MARS and that this so out of their reach, their business is stuck in daily challenges & infrastructure is so far behind...
... that maybe so and often seems true from an insight-out perspective -
... but it is not Mars that we are talking about
... it is about designing against your real customer's demand,
… it is about the purpose of you company
... it is about becoming an organisation that
... let's you harvest the plethora of ideas that are naturally in every organisation
... implement and link your purpose to your customer's needs.

-> their jobs-to-be-done.

It's all about people, as well as better, more intelligent, sustainable products, services, and processes – a solid foundation your business is striving in the years to come.

... and avoid to be another "ICI"-company, for which changing the color of their product is a cried out "Innovation". (ICI=I-copied-it)

Since joining Pega more than 10 years ago, I’ve been able to work with large and boutique Enterprises in FSI and many other Industries across DACH and Europe to help improving their business. My support is ranging from:

• Help fostering your own organizational imaginative powers to identify Innovation potential focusing on Customer & Business Outcomes, Processes and Products/Service
• Guiding Customer through the innovation process from idea harvesting, appreciation, validation to organizational learning
• diligently Sprinting to your solutions with Design Thinking and Innovation Sprints
• Jointly mapping Experience /Journeys/ Mental Models of your Customers
• Strategic Value & Process Alignment

I have helped companies understand and harvest their own potentials using solutions and technology only Pega can provide.

Blockchain - finally even I get it...
LinkedIn
June 04, 2018
Daniel Drescher explains Blockchain in his superbly structured, precisely written and easy to understand book. >Amazon.de

Being entrenched in Buzzwords-avalanches these days – it was way about time for me to dig deeper into the topic. To learn how Blockchains work, the merits, the restrictions, and the potential. Like Daniel explains – the maturity of information available on the Internet is either superficial or very deep technical - well not anymore.

GDPR - wait, see, Cambridge Analytica, ...
LinkedIn
April 05, 2018
... not quite so ignorant consumers & customers, FaceBook/ Cambridge Analytica, Social Media "storms", complex 30-50+ data repositories, ...

Companies that still think: “We go manual - wait and see how many GDPR requests actually dripple in …” might find themselves swamped by a single social media event like the FaceBook's "data issue". Seeing GDPR as antoher legal compliance nuisance isn't going to help.

Robotics Business Process Automation, healthy Fast-Food & other Myths …
LinkedIn
March 27, 2018
Granted there are some versions of healthy fast-food and yes - Robotics plays an important role in the automation of manual work sequences, rarely complex sequences that have been inflicted up-on business by an unimagined long life-cycle of core systems like life insurance systems from the 70s, an ever growing set of Java legacy systems some 20 years old, and simply hyper-resilient temporary solutions that were never meant to last.
