Prashant is Partner at ISG and leads and shapes ISG’s Digital Advisory Services.

Prashant has a unique mix of experiences starting with Nokia Networks (formerly Siemens) where he was responsible for Mobile Network Software Product Development; this was followed by Technology Consulting leadership roles at Accenture where he was the lead for Outsourcing solutions in Manufacturing, Telecom & Media and shaped the Application Management footprint of Accenture in DACH through multi-million$ wins.

Prashant was also instrumental in shaping and growing the early application management outsourcing deals in the DACH region (Germany/Austria/Switzerland) during the years 2002-2008 by spearheading the outsourcing solutions and sales for two pure play IT Service providers.

Prashant offers ISG’s clients insights gained from industry experience with clients, service providers, and the advisory business. He has a proven track record of advising, structuring and implementing large IT transformations and outsourcing engagements of sizes 50-100m€.

Prashant is among the industry’s thought leaders on Digital Transformation and Enterprise Agility. His client work is primarily with Fortune 100 clients across many industries including Manufacturing, Retail, Pharma, Healthcare, Energy, Banking. He has advised multiple large conglomerates in Europe in their multi-year IT transformation programs.

Prashant also has an extensive international experience, working in many countries across northern Europe, Singapore, Malaysia, and India.
