As such, he is familiar with the business practices and challenges of delivering real estate in North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia.
Bringing nearly 20 years of experience, Curtis has a solid reputation for advising the public and private sector on the most effective and efficient use of real estate. Representative clients include: Roche, Nielsen, Micron Technology, Procter & Gamble, Honeywell, Motorola, Intel, Intuit, United Health Group, Union Bank of California, HSBC, AT&T, The Coca-Cola Company, Unilever, the General Services Administration, and the Internal Revenue Service.
Curtis has a bachelor’s of science degree from Texas A&M University, certificates of completion for continuing education courses offered by the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, a MCR certification from CoreNet Global, and is a PROSCI certified change manager. Additionally, his work has been published in the Journal of Corporate Real Estate, and he is a regularly featured speaker at CoreNet, Tradelines, and IFMA.
