His passion is in evangelizing Servant Leadership( atopic he chose for his Doctoral dissertation) in all types of organisations, including Corporates, Educational Institutions and Social Sector organisations. Madana is recognized as a Thought Leader, Strategist and Mentor, in the fields of Learning & Development and Leadership. He is currently shaping and implementing the Talent Development strategy of a Digital Services company, UST Global, to accelerate its transformation, bring in significant business impact for the organisation and to implement Servant Leadership as the overarching Leadership philosophy all through the organisation.
