Randy is Director Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Research and Strategy for Optum Enterprise Analytics. He is responsible for AI/ML knowledge development, advancing the analytic maturity of the organization. He partners with teams across United Health Group and industry experts to advance analytics organizational knowledge. Knowledge building initiatives include an enterprise analytics newsletter, best practices seminars, data science university, analytics and emerging technology collaboration sites, and executive development initiatives. His focus is building operational excellence through blending skills from multiple disciplines in traditional and evolving analytic capabilities.
