Stéphanie is a Tech & Impact Catalyst, and the CEO and Founder of We Impact.World. She is a member of the World Economic Forum Expert Network and sits on the Advisory Board of several startups, including the Metaverse Fashion Council, Farfetch & Outlier Startups program, and the French Circular Fashion Federation. She was recently nominated as one of the pioneering 100 Women of the Future and invited to join the 100 Davos Women for the 2023 World Economic Forum.
With over 25 years of experience in the Digital Transformation and Tech industries, she has built a solid foundation of knowledge working in major corporate groups and founding several startups.
In 2013, Stéphanie embarked on a two-year family overland trip around the world, traveling through South East Asia, Oceania, Africa, the Middle East, and Europe to gain a global perspective. This experience enriched her perspective and provided invaluable insights, giving access to a global network of renowned business, tech, and sustainability leaders, scientists, academics, investors, NGOs, and Government Leaders.
In 2020, Stéphanie founded We Impact.World to support organizations in addressing their technology, digital, and sustainability gap to secure their competitiveness in a holistic, affordable, and efficient manner. We Impact.World leverages Human-AI Decision Intelligence ecosystem and a disruptive holistic transformational model - the Impact Hacking Flywheel - considering the interconnectedness of the various components of a business to make better decisions, achieve better results, get better engagement, and create more impact on People, Business, and Planet.

In 2020, Stéphanie entered the Web3.0 space, initially focusing on NFTs and later leveraging blockchain and utility dynamic NFTs to combat counterfeiting and increase transparency, traceability proving the origin, ownership, and authenticity of Luxury Goods while also opening new customer experiences, offering disruptive services, and boosting loyalty and the Circular Economy.
In 2021, Stéphanie introduced the Impact Hacking Model during a TEDx talk.
In 2022, Stéphanie founded POWR3, leveraging Web3.0 technologies for purpose.
