I bring over 25 years experience working with a broad range of organizations to deliver practical and effective musculoskeletal injury prevention programs. My focus is "building Physical Literacy into organizations".
I have enjoyed a fulfilling career that allows me to make a positive difference in people’s lives. I lead through my skills as a coach, mentor, speaker, collaborator, writer, and evaluator .
Coach. Some of my most rewarding moments have come from helping people understand the connection between their movement habits and their pain.
Mentor. I am known to be a critical thinker and good listener that is focussed on the needs of others.
Speaker. Participants remark that I communicate in a way that connects with them and they come away from my presentations motivated to improve their quality of life.
Collaborator. It is inspiring and motivating to discuss ideas with people who share similar goals. In the course of those mutually respectful conversations, great ideas can sometimes appear.
Writer. I am drawn to writing concisely to deliver only what the reader requires.
Evaluator. Throughout my career, I have consistently done the technical work of identifying, evaluating and resolving musculoskeletal injury risks. I become an effective problem solver for my clients when I clearly identify and address their concerns.
