The vision behind the mentoring programme is to address the complex needs of the SMEs that generate radical innovative products or processes which bring an outstanding contribution to tackling and reversing the effects of climate change. In most cases, such ”breakthrough” and revolutionary product or process innovations demand large-scale resources, research and innovation infrastructures, extensive competencies and teams, as well as strong networking. The aim of the ”Breakthrough to Scale” mentoring approach is to offer systematic support for these needs, by providing a bespoke, adapted, and result-oriented mix of training, mentoring, and coaching, based on state-of-the-art methods and tools for performant in-house innovation management. Furthermore, the mentoring programme will funnel additional resources and connections at an international level, for the specific benefit of the selected mentees. The “Breakthrough to Scale” support package is structured on 5 key Drivers and 3 Enablers, which will be delivered to the SMEs either individually or combined, based on the needs identified through an innovation diagnostic and a thorough needs analysis process. The mentoring programme will offer up to 25 hours of mentoring for each beneficiary company. Moreover, the programme offers a cross-cutting component of the mentoring package, dealing with climate-specific methods, tools and KPIs for SMEs.

I provide executive coaching for Chief AI Officers, CTOs, and senior leaders navigating the personal and professional demands of leading AI in high-stakes environments. Coaching focuses on judgment, sensemaking, ethical tension, role clarity, and leadership presence—supporting leaders as they balance speed with responsibility, innovation with trust, and ambition with human impact. This is not performance optimization coaching; it is reflective, strategic work for leaders operating at the edge of uncertainty.

For organizations who want to innovate, an internal team using the structured FORTH innovation methodology will ideate five strategic innovative new products, services or processes that are both attractive and feasible.

Unlike random brainstorms or hiring consultants to come up with ideas, the FORTH innovation method combines design thinking with business thinking and leads to concrete new concepts which are attractive because they have been checked at customers and are worked out as mini new business cases.

The innovative concepts have great internal support because your employees have ideated them themselves and customers and decision-makers were closely involved in the structured ideation process.

Scientific Research showed that applying FORTH at the start of your innovation process will double the innovation effectiveness of your stage-gate process. The FORTH innovation method is a proven methodology available in thirteen languages.

Providing analysis of your current processes and advise on strategies for achieving Net Zero and decarbonisation.

About Change Management Gamification Leadership: This a fascinating change management implementation simulation that offers leadership teams and leaders of change® experiential learning in a safe environment. This enables them to learn, test and reflect on their change leadership capability and skills.

Proven executive sales leader coach in pragmatically shift the mindsets and behaviours of sales leaders and teams to a genuine outcome-based selling approach.

If your team is struggling to make the transition it is likely due to tactical operational pressures, short-term focus and a mechanical focus on process. To successfully make this shift requires new and different ways of thinking executed within the day to day operating environment. Essentially changing the jets on the plane at 25,000 feet.

Using our proven ALLURE model I can help your team build the desire, courage and insight to successfully become the sales leaders you wish them to become.

Most executive thought leadership fails for one reason. It is content without a position. Posts get written, decks get shared, and nothing accumulates, because there is no underlying claim the work is defending.

This engagement builds the position first.

What it covers. Locating the intellectual territory a leader can credibly own — drawn from what they have actually done, not what the category rewards. Naming the frameworks and phenomena they already recognise but have not yet articulated. Establishing a written voice that survives contact with a sceptical reader. Building the publishing cadence that turns individual posts into a body of work.

Where it goes further than most. For leaders with genuine research ambition, the work extends to formal deposit — DOI-indexed papers, ORCID consolidation, and an indexed research identity. A citable position is a different asset from a well-performing post.

Suited to. Founders and CXOs whose expertise is real but undocumented. Senior leaders building standing ahead of a board seat, a fundraise, or a category move. Practitioners who have earned a view and have not yet stated it.

Not suited to. Anyone looking for volume. Ghostwritten output detached from a leader's actual practice reads as such, and the reader who matters will notice.

The practitioner behind this has fifteen DOI-cited papers on Zenodo, five published books, and a top-ranked global position in Behavioural Science on this platform. The method is the one used to build it.

Most MSME and SME founders do not have a strategy problem. They have a layer problem. The business has outgrown the founder's direct reach, and the management tier beneath was promoted for loyalty and technical competence rather than built for influence.

The symptoms are familiar. Every decision escalates. Second-line managers execute but do not own. The founder is the bottleneck in a business that has otherwise earned the right to scale.

This engagement addresses the layer, not the individual.

Structure. Eighteen months, run in 90-day sprints under the RE:CODE™ framework. Each sprint carries measurable OKRs, monthly stakeholder calibration, and a written engagement statement. Progress is tracked, not assumed.

Diagnostic. Every engagement opens with N-GAGE™, mapping each leader's goals and developmental edges against their current and intended role. Nothing off the shelf.

Scope. Typically 15–20 senior and mid-senior leaders. Suited to promoter-led and family-held businesses, first-generation manufacturers professionalising the management tier, and companies preparing for institutional investment or board formation.

The recurring brief: influence over authority. Leaders who have the title but not yet the standing.

The work is grounded in fifteen DOI-cited research papers on Zenodo and five books, including The Physics of Leadership. Twenty-five years in corporate operating roles before this — pharmaceutical field sales, knowledge-process operations, and global IT delivery — precede nine years of coaching practice.

No client is named publicly. That discipline is not incidental to the work; it is a condition of it. References are provided directly, with consent, at the appropriate stage.

CO2 Coaching isn’t your typical leadership consultancy—and that’s by design.

We guide emerging and established leaders—those who’ve hit a plateau or are navigating chaotic complexity—toward their next peak. Not with off-the-shelf strategies or cookie-cutter playbooks, but with the kind of support that’s steeped in experience, rooted in business acumen, and personalized for real transformation. Our coaching services aren’t just about personal growth; they’re designed to ignite systemic elevation across teams and organizations.

Here’s how we do it—and why it works.

The Terrain: Complex, Uncertain, Constantly Changing
Today’s leaders operate in a landscape that’s shifting underfoot. What got them here—the skills, strategies, and mindsets—aren’t enough to get them where they need to go. This is the terrain CO2 Coaching is built for.

The Climb: Our Coaching Services
1. Executive Coaching (Personalized + Potent)
We work with leaders one-on-one to elevate their self-awareness, expand their thinking, and reframe what leadership can look like. This isn’t a chat over coffee—it’s deep work that challenges beliefs to shift behaviors. Because true transformation is never surface-level.

Team Coaching (Alignment in Motion)
When teams are misaligned, even the most talented individuals flounder. We guide teams toward shared purpose, vulnerability-based trust, and real-time feedback practices. The result? Teams that hum like a symphony—distinct instruments, one collective rhythm.

3. Organizational Transformation (Systemic & Sustained)
Organizations are ecosystems. We apply systems thinking to identify what’s really causing the snags—not just the surface-level symptoms. Then we coach leaders to be the force that catalyzes cultural change, top-down and inside-out.

4. Transitions & Pivots (From Doing to Leading)
Leaders stepping into new roles often feel unmoored. We equip them to make the leap—from executors to vision-setters—by reshaping how they define and deliver value.

Our Approach: What Makes CO2 Coaching Different
We meet the climber where they are.
We don’t create leaders in our image. We help them become more fully themselves—only more aware, more effective, and more whole.

We change beliefs to change behaviors.
True transformation doesn’t happen through task lists. It starts with rethinking what you believe about yourself and your role as a leader.

We bring real business wisdom.
All our coaches are seasoned executives with deep operational and strategic expertise. That means we’re as fluent in balance sheets as we are in belief shifts.

We coach for the system, not the silo.
Leadership doesn’t happen in a vacuum. Our coaching accounts for culture, complexity, power dynamics, and purpose.

Who We Serve: The Achievest
The high-performing, impact-driven leaders navigating high-stakes decisions and internal doubts. They're respected but restless. Successful but questioning. Hungry for what’s next but unsure how to get there.

Why It Matters: The Cascade Effect
When we elevate a leader, that transformation ripples. Teams become more resilient. Cultures become more human. Organizations become more intentional. And in that ripple effect—impact grows.

Your next peak is calling. We’re here to help you climb it—and bring others with you.

A proven methodology to identify how well aligned a company's customer centric investment is to the expectation of it's customers. The results identify the potential for gain from CX activities, and the programme of improvement to take if a greater level of contribution is required from CX.
Delivered in over 20 countries helping organisations to evaluate their approach to customer centricity and realign resources and priorities to what will drive gains for the business.

Organizations face increasing pressure to adapt faster, align teams, and deliver meaningful value to customers. Many transformation initiatives fail because they focus on frameworks and processes rather than on leadership, culture, and ways of working.

I support executives and leadership teams in designing and implementing practical transformation journeys that strengthen agility, resilience, and customer centricity across the organization.

My work focuses on three areas.

• Redesigning operating models and ways of working to improve collaboration, autonomy, and speed of decision making
• Developing leadership and team effectiveness through servant leadership, coaching, and facilitated workshops
• Embedding a strong customer centric mindset that aligns strategy, teams, and execution around value delivery

With more than 20 years of experience in global organizations across pharma, FMCG, and medical devices, I bring a pragmatic perspective rooted in real operational challenges.

Engagements typically include transformation advisory, leadership team facilitation, agile and resilient ways of working, and customer centric operating model design.
